Where can I buy JPC products?
Our items can be purchased at a variety of catalog, online, and brick-and-mortar tack shops, both domestically and internationally. To find a retailer that best meets your purchasing preferences, please visit the WHERE TO BUY section of our website.

Will all tack shops have everything I see on your website?
Due to the wide variety of products offered by JPC brands, it is unlikely that most tack shops will carry all of the items seen on our website. However, if your preferred tack shop does not carry a specific item you are interested in please ask if they can order it from us specifically for you. In many cases they will be able to do so.

How can I exchange or return an item?
If the need arises to exchange or return an item please consult the return policy of the tack shop from which you purchased the item. Returns and exchanges must be handled directly by the retailer you originally purchased the item from as JPC Equestrian is a manufacturer and wholesaler and cannot except returns and exchanges directly from consumers.

What do I do if I have an HDR saddle with a tree warranty and something happens to it?
We apologize that you are having issues with your HDR saddle. In this case, please contact the tack shop you purchased your HDR saddle from and they will assist you in this process. With their assistance, you will be sending your HDR saddle to our specialist who will inspect the damage and advise how we will need to move forward with repairs and/or a replacement saddle.

How do I know what size to buy?
Sizing charts are available through a link on the item detail pages of many of our products. If you would like to review size charts for all of our items, please select the “Size Charts” link on the left hand navigation of the website.

Where can I find your catalog?
The JPC catalog is available online. To view it, you will need to be able to open an Adobe .PDF file on your computer. If you are able to do so, please access it through the link provided on the left hand navigation of our website. If you cannot access our online catalog and would like to receive a hardcopy, please contact customer service at 866-273-3243 to request one.
