This vegan saddle will withstand the test of time throughout all weather conditions, is low maintenance, lightweight and provides superior comfort. With a medium deep seat and stabilizing knee rolls, the horse and rider connection will be as clear as a traditional saddle, without the hassle.The (IGP) Interchangeable Gullet Plate system allows riders to quickly and easily change the metal plate in the head of the saddle tree which allows the saddle to be used on various horses. Gullet plates are sold separately in sizes Narrow, Regular, Medium, Medium Wide, and Extra Wide. All Henri de Rivel IGP saddles come equipped with a regular width gullet.

I needed a nice schooling saddle for some young horses and this has far exceeded my expectations! It fits all 3 of my horses relatively well and it's extremely comfortable!

I purchased this saddle as a schooling saddle as I liked the price and the idea of just wiping it down with a damp cloth after using. I'm 5ft 8" and the flaps are a little short for me and the seat is not as deep as I would like, but these are personal preferences. I like that the saddle is so grippy and even when my horse was being fresh I did not move from the seat. I would recommend going a seat size up and think the saddle would be best suited for smaller horses as it looked small on my 16.2hh WB. Overall it was well worth the money and an excellent starter or schooling saddle. The service from Breeches.com is excellent and my saddle arrived just short of a week of purchase.
