How do I ask a question about a product?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually orders ship the same day and should arrive in 3-5 business days based on where you are located in the USA. After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking update for your order. Please note that shipping companies may be experiencing high demand and this may affect arrival date. Please note not all items are eligible for expedited shipping options.

Will you sell my information?

No, we only keep your information to process/ship your orders and for Breeches.com promotional purposes.

How will my package ship?

If the package is being shipped with regular ground or expedited, weight and distance are factored in to shipping cost. Expedited shipping does not include the day that it is picked and packed as a shipping day, that starts the day after it is marked as shipped. For example, orders placed on a Tuesday before 2pm Eastern time, with 2 day shipping, would be delivered on Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm Eastern Time is shipped the following business day.

How do I submit a product review?

You may submit a product review at the bottom of any horse product or equestrian gear page. Simply click on "write a review" and enter the required information.

How do I know what size to buy?

Sizing charts are available through a link on the item’s detail pages of many of our horse products. If a size chart is not available, please contact our customer service rep to assist you with sizing.

What items are returnable?

All items are returnable, with a few exceptions: Bits and intimates must be unused and with original packaging to avoid health concerns. When trying horse blankets or sheets on your horse, please place a bed sheet under the blanket. All horse clothing must be returned free of horse hair or dirt for a refund.

What if my product is defective?

We will gladly either replace or refund you for your defective item(s). Please contact us at customerservice@breeches.com and provide images of the defect.

Can I test ride a saddle?

Through our Try And Keep (TAK) program, you may test ride your saddle and send back within 3 weeks of delivery.Return shipping for saddles is at the customer's expense. Please try to keep the saddle clean and undamaged. Please send back with all original tags.

I haven't received my shipment

If you haven't received your shipment, please first check the tracking information to update where the package is in the shipping process. If package becomes lost or delivered incorrectly, we will be glad to offer a re-ship or a refund.

I have only received part of my order

There are 2 reasons you may have only received part of your order. Some items are required to be shipped separately. To obtain shipping and tracking information on these items, please contact our customer service specialist with your order number and item(s) in question. If you've been short-shipped, please contact our customer service specialist to have the missing item shipped out to you or request a refund.

How do I make a return?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to:

How do I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, Breeches.com does not honor exchanges due to inventory complications. You will have to make the return and purchase the item again.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Items that ship from our primary warehouse typically ship in 1-2 business days. Items that ship from partner warehouses need at least 3-5 business days to process and ship.

If I place an order with two-day expedited shipping, when can I expect it to be delivered?

The 2-day expedited shipping delivery date is calculated based on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. If a 2-day expedited order is placed on a Thursday, the delivery date will be the following Monday. If a 2-day expedited order is placed on a Friday, the delivery date will be the following Tuesday. The order must be placed before 12 PM eastern standard time to ship the same day.
