Purchasing a new saddle is a big investment. That's why we're proud to offer the Try And Keep (TAK) Program. We offer the option to purchase a saddle, check for correct fit and send it back for any reason.

New saddles are eligible for returns but must be in like-new condition with tags attached, free from any marks or damage, and your return must be completed online or by phone within3 weeks of the order date.

Restocking Fee: If a saddle is not returned in new condition, the refund will be prorated determined upon usage.

Shipping: Return shipping for saddles is at the customer's expense.

If you have purchased ourHenri de Rivel Gullet Gauge to determine the correct saddle fit, we will credit the cost of this item to your account after saddle purchase.
