Usually orders ship the same day and should arrive in 3-5 business days based on where you are located in the USA. After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking update for your order. Please note that shipping companies may be experiencing high demand and this may affect arrival date. Please note not all items are eligible for expedited shipping options.

If the package is being shipped with regular ground or expedited, weight and distance are factored in to shipping cost. Expedited shipping does not include the day that it is picked and packed as a shipping day, that starts the day after it is marked as shipped. For example, orders placed on a Tuesday before 2pm Eastern time, with 2 day shipping, would be delivered on Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm Eastern Time is shipped the following business day.

All items are returnable, with a few exceptions: Bits and intimates must be unused and with original packaging to avoid health concerns. When trying horse blankets or sheets on your horse, please place a bed sheet under the blanket. All horse clothing must be returned free of horse hair or dirt for a refund.
We have recently launched free and easy virtual saddle fitting program! Just answer a couple of questions and provide 5 images of your horse's conformation and you may schedule a Zoom meeting for whenever it suits you. Get custom saddle fitting advice for your horse while maintaining your social distance.
We will gladly either replace or refund you for your defective item(s). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide images of the defect.
Through our Try And Keep (TAK) program, you may test ride your saddle and send back for free shipping within 3 weeks of delivery. Please try to keep the saddle clean and undamaged. Please send back with all original tags.
If you haven't received your shipment, please first check the tracking information to update where the package is in the shipping process. If package becomes lost or delivered incorrectly, we will be glad to offer a re-ship or a refund.
