Shipping Policy

  • Canadian Customers - All Canadian orders have $ 35 flat shipping.  (Policy Subject To Change At Any Time)
  • Rest of the World – Standard Shipping Charges Applicable  
  • The 2-day expedited shipping delivery date is calculated based on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. If a 2-day expedited order is placed on a Thursday, the delivery date will be the following Monday. If a 2-day expedited order is placed on a Friday, the delivery date will be the following Tuesday.
  • Customer has to pay custom duty and clearance charges on international orders.
  • Standard shipping: $10.
    Orders For saddles: $35 Shipping
    Orders with Clearance: $10 for the first product, $5 for each additional product
    2-day expedited shipping: $35 for the first product, $5 for each additional product

Note- If the order ships from two different warehouse then $10 will be charged extra for shipping.

For Canada order:-

  •  A handling fee will be charged on orders.
  • Flat $35 handling fee will be charged.
  • Brokerage and Custom Duties has to paid by buyer only.


Note: Orders not shipping from our primary warehouse take up to five business days to process. These orders will be shipped separately with a different tracking number. is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Any claims for lost packages to be made directly with the shipper who issued the tracking number. In case of urgent shipments, please use Expedited Shipment method.

Holiday Shipping Policy

The above policy is subject to change during the busy holiday season each year
from the beginning of November to the end of January. Please wait up to 8 business days before inquiring about tracking numbers.

1.Our primary warehouse works hard every year to fulfill orders, but they may be a few days behind due to sales volume.
2. Most orders ship from multiple warehouses. All warehouses have different shipping speeds due to size, staff etc.
3. Shipping carriers will be overwhelmed as well. Please allow a few extra days for shipped orders to arrive.
We **CANNOT** guarantee shipment delivery dates during this time.
4.The system does not recognize items are shipping from multiple locations. If you do not receive the remaining of your order or a second tracking number after 8 business days,
please reach back out to us and we will contact the warehouse.
