After your order has been submitted, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email used when entering your order. We suggest you retain a copy of this email, in case of a return or exchange. You can also print a copy of your order after the checkout process.
Your order will ship within 24 business hours of placing the order. It may be delayed a day due to national holidays and the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notification with the carrier’s tracking information. You can track the progress of your order online by accessing the Order Tracking feature and follow the steps provided.
Expedited shipping does not include the day that it is picked and packed as a shipping day, that starts the day after it is marked as shipped. For example, orders placed on a Tuesday before 2pm Eastern time, with 2 day shipping, would be delivered on Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm Eastern Time is shipped the following business day.
Once your shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are based on the carrier’s estimated delivery schedule.
Import duty as applicable are payable by customer.
