I wear a 15 in most work boots and the 15 fits well maybe a tad too long but a 14 would definitely be too small, I would say they run normal in size. They are lightweight but not cheap feeling. Perfect for casual wearing or dressing up, I wouldn’t wear them for work as the soles are more of a dress shoe style but the insoles are cushioned and comfortable. I would buy them again
