The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the saddle. If returning the saddle, please reach out to customerservice@breeches.com with the tracking number so they can monitor the saddle return to the warehouse. The customer must contact customer service with the tracking number on or before day 30 to qualify for the return (unless an extension has been approved by our customer service team).

If you decide to keep the saddle, reach out to customer service and we will refund 10% off the MSRP to your credit card.

Saddle Condition & Refund Policy

1. Trial Period Start Date

Your 30-day trial begins on the date of purchase. If your saddle is not delivered within 2–4 business days, please contact us at customerservice@breeches.com to request a possible extension.

Extensions will only be considered in cases of verified shipping carrier delays.

2. Saddle Trial Contents

If the saddle is an IGP model, Breeches.com will ship the gullet size of your choice. However, if the saddle is returned, all included gullets must also be returned.

Trial saddles do not include stirrup leathers or irons. Please ensure you have your own available, or purchase them here:

3. Saddle Condition & Refund Policy

We expect normal wear and tear during the trial period. However, refunds may be prorated or denied if the saddle shows signs of damage or neglect, including but not limited to:

  • Water damage
  • Cuts, gashes, or deep scratches in the leather
  • Excessive wear indicating improper care

Breeches.com reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of serious damage.

4. Tags

You may remove tags during your trial, but please do so carefully. All tags must be returned with the saddle so they can be re-attached.
