Back on Track Posture Reminder

Comfortable support that provides a natural reminder for posture. Posture Reminder guides the body to a good posture so that the muscles are activated. In this way, you get low-intensity strengthening every day whether you are training, working at your desk, or simply relaxing; your posture gradually improves over time. Our Back on Track Welltex® technology is lined to stimulate blood circulation in the area, which can contribute to more flexible and relaxed muscles.

Over time, Posture Reminder can help reduce muscle tension problems, activate core muscles, improve your flexibility, and improve your overall health and wellness.

The harness has an adjustable Velcro fastener that makes it easy to put on, pull off, and adjust. Wear the harness loosely so it only tightens when you ‘lose your posture’ and thus triggering and encouraging you to stretch. Wear Posture Reminder 1-3 hours at a time during play, while training, in your home, or at work. Recommended Size correlates to your shirt size.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before beginning use of Back on Track products, please carefully read the directions for use which can be found on the packaging. These products should be introduced slowly, and each product has a different introductory period. Please carefully follow the directions for use of our products, as the body needs the opportunity to familiarize itself with the Welltex fabric’s effects.

Washing Back on Track Products:
Back on track products can be machine washed at 40 degrees Celsius / 104 degrees Fahrenheit with a mild detergent. Because Back on Track Welltex technology is permanently infused into our fabrics, our products can be laundered with no loss of benefit. Do not bleach our products. Do not tumble dry our products. Tumble dry low or line dry. If necessary, products may be ironed at a maximum temperature or 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
