Saddle is pretty decent for the $$$
It's very VERY difficult to change the gullet plate to xWide. I had to drill the poorly fitted hole myself to make the plate seat correctly. But once that was done I have been really happy with this saddle. Adjusting the leathers, flaps, and rolls is wonderfully easy compared with the gullet. I'm not sure how long it will hold up. I'm using it 2x a week, but the feel of some of the saddle makes me think it wouldn't wear well for multiple riders changing these things often. It's super comfy and secure, great for Hill climbs and descents!

Customer service is painful and I've wasted hours of my life trying to get help after an error caused by their website.
(Had to leave at least a 5 star review or it wouldn't let me press "submit.") I've been trying to order this saddle for days but experienced trouble checking out. I emailed, but the person who responded unfortunately wasn't able to understand my request due to a language barrier so they just copy and pasted a response that had nothing to do with my request. I tried using their chat feature and even messaged them on FB messenger to see if maybe I could get someone who would understand the issue I faced at checkout and take action to help me. But the 4 customer service reps I talked to all copy and pasted the same response that had nothing to do with my issue. It just contained the same "keywords" so they thought they were addressing my issue by copying this pre-written response. I ended up having to wait 5 days to be able to order the saddle and missed out on the heavily discounted sale because of it. And now they will not honor the discount even though I have screenshots of my multiple attempts to check out. So I have now paid $150 more than necessary due to poor customer service. I was also to receive a gift card as part of a promotion, so I figured at least I could put that towards a girth to go with this saddle. But that still hasn't arrived and so I will have to wait another week to order my girth and then wait for it to be delivered. So I will not be able to test the saddle for at least 2 weeks. Very very frustrating to be treated this way as a customer trying their best to give you their money. I still haven't heard from a "supervisor" as promised and every time I follow up, I get the same copy and pasted answer without actually reading my issue. I won't be ordering from breeches again and I caution you ordering from there as well. I've always had a good experience with Smartpak and Stateline Tack. They are prompt to respond and if there is an error on their part, they always show integrity and make it right.
