Laying up on the neck more than a straight breast collar, the Pulling Breast Collar allows for a full range of shoulder motion and attaches at the saddle swells. Pulling Collar
The pulling collar straps where stiff and wide. They would barely fit into the tuck pockets on the collar. They were also to short for my animal and would not work. They main collar part was nice and adjustable I just will have to buy the two top straps to make it fit.
