Customer service is amazing! I had an issue with my saddle and they sent me a replacement within 2 days of them receiving my saddle back! They looked it over immediately and made a decision within a day. The saddle is also comfy and great for hunter/jumper work on the flat and over fences!

I had bought this on Black Friday with a good deal I wasn’t expecting much other than I needed a jump saddle, although I was weary of it if it would fit my high wither ottb! It has amazing wither clearance and it’s super soft and comfortable 10/10!
